[So Confused Right Now]

fun. :D

All the little sounds make it sound really fun. When the bass comes in it makes it sound even more bouncy. Good work on the effect work, like the reverb or delay growing and shrinking on that main bell-sounding synth. The rhythm is very catchy. I can see why you gave it that title, it kinda does give the feeling of something going on that you don't really understand. haha. Very good work, this is a nice groovy house song. I'm diggin it.

That bassline is catchy as heck.

Great work on this man. The synths might be cliche, but cliche just means everyone is using it cuz they all think it's awesome. hahaha. And then when it quiets down and the lead melody comes in, it just becomes fantastic. I wonder what it would sound like with just a bit more reverb on the melody. Absolutely awesome when it all comes together at around 1:50. Great work.

I wanna sleep to this.

And have a dream like Autumn-Collapse's visual. haha Very good work, as always. I wish I could attain that beautiful ambience you have such a natural ability for. The guitar and strings in this one sound so crisp and clean. great work.

awesome.

the glitching is just awesome. All the synths work very well together. However, i felt there was still too much ambience in it to be a change to techno, just an opinion though. Other than that, this is a very interesting song, well written. good work.

Thanks for the review, I appreciate the feedback. Yeah I guess with it starting off as ambient, it was a little hard to make it into a techno/trance kind of song.

hmmm.....

For some strange reason this reminded me of an old N64 game... can't remember what it was called. I really liked the feel of it, up until the beat came in. It wasn't that it ruined the ambient feel, it's just that there's too much kick. Use it a little less, sometimes it's the silence after the sound that has meaning, not the sound itself. And turn it down just a bit as well, to let the other percussion bits come through a bit more, and it would be golden. All in all, good ambient piece. good work.

daaaaaang.

pretty hardcore stuff man. this sure gave my subs a challenge. lol. I dont like very much DnB, but this is actually pretty cool. I like the use of piano, and the percussion isn't too overbearing. All the breaks and blasts are in the right spots. Overall, good work.

[NikM - Carnival (Final)]

Scary carnival. o.o

Pretty catchy beat. Can't say i like the melody all that well, but it's not so bad. it's not repetitive, at least. The bass does sound pretty good on my end, and I have two 8" MTX subs in my room. hahaha..... i need a car..... to put them in.... Anyway, it definitely gets ur foot tappin, and if that isn't worthy of at least a 4/5, idk wat is. Good work.

Yeah... I'm not a fan of carnivals... or clowns O.o And I put this song through my subs before I posted it and was like, "Damn, this bass ain't bad." The melody was meant to be a little scattered and messy like a messed up circus or something. But, I'm glad you still like the song! Thanks for the review!

[Pony Arps+Square Dresses remix]

Never watched 'my little pony' much, but this was cute in the beginning, haha. Then when the industrial beat drops in, holy crap. .....wow, that part at 1:20 just blew me away. hahaha, can you tell i'm reviewing as i listen? Anyway, very good work, I think it could use a bit more mastering work, the first beat is a little heavy and causes some distortion. Other than that, great work.

[Strawberry Fields Forever (KK)]

Interesting.

It's essentially a good cover, but there's lots of editing needed. The kick sounds like absolute crap. I'm gunna be honest here. You need to lighten up the bass and kick in some places where it's just too heavy. And in other places the beats seem off. There's lots of distortion because of the imbalance. But the other parts i hear, the synths are good. It matches up to the original pretty well. It just needs some work.

[KKS - Apeiron (alt mix)]

Very cool.

Wow this is long. hahaha. But also very good. The atmosphere is very powerful for giving the right ambient feel. The percussion in this is just awesome, perfectly fit to an ambient song. I love that it changes throughout, and the ending is kind of different. lol, it's meant to give a space feel, and you end it with rain and thunder? Interesting twist, haha. Anyway, excellent work.

Lol! I'm a thunderstorm freak, and actually I imagined myself being in a spacey field. So I guess the notion of "space" is still there, anyways XD
