One makes sense to me.

The one about not selling handcuffs to minors, that makes sense because some kids would probably cuff their friends and get themselves into more trouble than you would think. But yeah, everything else is pretty silly. This one is better than the one for NY, cuz of the added pictures. Nice Work.
